When tasked with a challenge, I search for breadth and depth to understand the core problem we are trying to solve. Knowing this helps me make informed decisions and build enthusiasm for creating the best experience.
We must constantly be suspicious of our own assumptions.
As a designer, I recognize and challenge assumptions as a powerful problem-solving tool because it allows me to question the status quo and imagine other possibilities. A true, empathetic advocate for the user.
